F*cking bad news für die EBM Front.

Front242 haben über ihr Label Alfa Matrix verkünden lassen, dass die Band eine Live-Pause einlegen wird.
Es werden ab dem 01. Mai 2012 bis auf weiteres keine Auftritte der Band stattfinden.
Es wurde bestätigt, dass diese Entscheidung ebenfalls die Festival-Auftritte beim Amphi Festival in Köln und der Nocturnal Culture Night in Deutzen betrifft. Beide Festivals werden ohne die Belgier stattfinden müssen.

The Belgian electro giants Front 242 have decided not to perform in Europe after the 1st of May 2012 and this until further notice. In a message we received somewhat 20 minutes ago the band says that they need a break.

Front 242 will not perform at the Amphi Festival 2012 in Cologne nor at the Noctural Culture Night 2012 Festival in Deutzen. “The promoters of those festivals are not responsible for this decision which is fully on Front 242′ s behalf”, so the band confirmed us.

Nehmen wir es hin und hoffen einfach, dass die Festival-Veranstalter uns einen großartigen Ersatz für diesen Sommer präsentieren werden. Aber das schaffen sie ja eigentlich immer
